NEURAL-CODING-2003 will accept electronic submissions only in 
\textit{Microsoft Word ``rtf'' format}, and \textit{LaTex}.
Use the template files located at the Conference 
Website. 

The \textbf{deadline for the submission of abstracts is May 1st, 2003}.

The page size should be set to A4 paper, and the margins set to 3 cm on the right and on the
left. Use 11 pt, Times New Roman font, 
single column format, lines with single spacing, fully justified.
Paragraphs should not be indented and should be separated by 1 blank line. 
Do not include headers, footers or page numbers in your submission. 
Page numbers will be added when abstracts are assembled.

For the title use 16 pt Times New Roman, Centered, Bold. Leave 
one blank line (16 pt) and then type \textit{Authors' names} (in 11 
pt Times New Roman, Centered, Italic), Affiliation, Address, 
Country, E-mail and web address (in 11 pt Times New Roman, Centered).

Leave one blank line (14 pt) and then type \textbf{ABSTRACT} (in 14 
pt Times New Roman, Bold), followed by one blank line (14 pt).
The length of the abstract must not exceed \textbf{1500} words and must 
fit in one to four A4 pages in the present format (title, 
authors, keywords, references and figures, if any, included).
Leave one blank line (11 pt) and then type the word \textbf{\textit{Keywords:}} 
(in 11 pt Times New Roman, Italic, Bold) followed by three keywords 
followed by commas.
